If we’re talking about a classic structured wedding, it usually requires at least 8 hours of coverage. Why? Take a look at our Production Timeline recommendation
If you have multiple locations, a church ceremony, or other cultural and traditional moments, they will only add to the total time needed. Based on our experience, we strongly believe that scheduling 8–10 hours of wedding photography coverage is the best option for you.

Wedding Photography Insurance
Professional Insurance Company Coverage:

Cancellation/Postponement: Up to $2,000

You will communicate with the insurance company yourself—we will simply recommend which company to choose, Bellancio will cover the cost of obtaining coverage for our services.
Already have your own insurance or need coverage for additional vendors? No problem! We will still cover our portion as promised.
This is not General Liability Insurance, which most venues require from photographers—we provide that separately at no cost for you. This coverage specifically protects your expenses in case something goes wrong.
Pre & After Wedding Sessions
As part of our limited-time special offer, we provide a complimentary engagement session to everyone who books with this promotion.

For our members who already have unlimited sessions year-round, we offer dedicated engagement sessions and after-wedding bride and groom portrait sessions.

Bellancio is the first-ever subscription-based photography service. While we still accept "walk-in" clients, the majority of our sessions are with members.

What is 2 hours Delay Protection?
We’re humans too!:) Even 10 hours of wedding photography is intense and demanding work. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned on the wedding day.
Let’s say you originally scheduled 9–10 hours, but unexpected delays occur—we won’t just leave. Even if we exceed the scheduled 10 hours, we’ll stay to capture the important moments.
That being said, we physically can’t work beyond 12 hours, but it’s always good to have a backup plan for a complex event like a wedding.
Second Photographer?
We recommend a second photographer in several situations.
First, if you're getting ready in two different locations, a single photographer can’t be in two places at once.
Another reason to consider a second shooter is to streamline your cocktail hour—especially if you haven’t scheduled a First Look. Without a First Look, wedding party photos and portraits will need to be taken after the ceremony, along with family photos, reception details, and more.
A second shooter can capture reception details and candid cocktail hour moments while the main photographer focuses on portraits.
We offer a flat-rate fee of $799 for a second photographer for the full day.
